Individual Sessions

During a session I read information from your subtle energy field, akashic & soul records, ancestral lineages, inner wisdom guides, other timelines, angelic and spirit realms. I help you see the bigger picture and zoom in with precision to identify what wants to be released, re-organised and updated in your energetic structures. I guide you through energetic processes, alignments, attunements, recalibrations, expansions and releases. I offer calm, steady and attuned presence, verbal guidance and insights, sound tones and light language to help your system come into coherence with your higher self and shift into new energetics. By the end of a session you will likely feel deeply seen, altered and transformed.

I offer 2 types of individual sessions as well as distance recorded readings. Please choose the option that best suits you.

What happens during a session with Luma?

I start with deeply listening to you; what’s happening for you in your life, how you are feeling, what questions you have about relationships, specific life events or spiritual experiences, where you feel stuck, what you are struggling with, what you dream about, what you want to enjoy more of, where you are desiring deeper insight, clarity and new ways of understanding.

I hold a calm, clear, stable, compassionate and respectful space while gently sensing into your multi-dimensional energy field to identify what wants to be seen, heard and felt. I listen for the frequencies of your true inner knowing and track energetic pathways. And then a conversation opens up between my higher guidance teams, your higher levels, soul and authentic self. I will describe to you what I am seeing and guide you to stay attuned with your feelings and inner senses while deeper feelings surface and energetic shifts happen.

Your nervous system will begin to relax and recalibrate, your awareness will expand and you will feel more connected to your higher self as we locate your personal experience within a greater field of wholeness. You will likely feel slightly altered and may wish to recline or have your eyes closed at times.

Each session is different and custom designed to acknowledge and appreciate your own unique approach to life. Usually a few ‘ah ha’ moments, some tears of release, recognition and laughter happen. By the end of our time together you will likely feel seen, clearer, lighter and have some new ways to relate and respond to life.

After Session Care

It is not easy to move out of old entrenched energetic patterns and into the higher energies of new earth living! Deep and permanent change requires conscious choice, commitment and courage. Your soul is enthusiastically doing pioneering work during this cycle of intense change, while your human self might be fearful and freaking out. Be kind to your human!

After a session, be sensitive to what your system needs to allow new energetics to land and integrate. You might need to rest, have some quiet time alone or do some journaling. There might be some emotional energy releases, tears, mental disorientation or confusion as your system adjusts to energetic shifts. Sometimes a backwash happens and old energetics can briefly intensify as they break down and release. Please remember, you are not sliding backwards!
